  Now that they have new picture printing equipment the price of prints is OUTRAGEOUS! One 5 x 7 print is just under $2.50 and you the customer have to cut it down to the proper size. They've lost this customer.

  Transferred prescriptions to CVS. Refilled them and they wanted to charge full price $250. I asked to check to make sure they have insurance info and they said they did, and refused to help other than to repeatedly say you must call your insurance company (never re-validated any insurance info). I called insurance and they showed that processing through insurance was never even attempted. Luckily my Insurance called CVS while I was on the phone and straightened them out.
